Title: The Perfect Gift For Your Kids
Author: Kathryn Anne Briant
Article:
My best friend Cora invited me to spent some time in her new home in Conecticut.
I spent the entire week there and that was a great opportunity for me to see how little children can be made happy with a gift that most people don't think of.
Me, I don't have kids and when I have to choose a gift for a child I think a toy-car or a barby-doll is the most appropriate thing.
You think? I don't, at least not anymore.
My friend bought for her two kids, a sixe-year-old boy and ten-year-old girl, a wooden swing set as a gift.
At that time I was very surprised. I couldn't explain myself how a child can find enjoyment in that big cedar construction and not in a train set or a doll.
I talked to Cora and here are the lessons I learned:
1. Kids want to have more fun
One swing set brings lots of fun and timeless memories for your children and for you also. If you want to spend the day with your family and have more fun, you can
take a large swing set who holds adults as well. If you're not in mood to play with your kids, they can invite some friends over , because swing sets are big enought to alow children
of diffrent ages to play together.
2. They like to be active
In the 20 minutes I talked to Cora, her kids swung on the swing set and never sat still.
I belive it's our body's natural desire to be active.
Offer your child something to get some activity. The benefits he recive will be long and many.
3. Kids enjoy swinging on the swing set
One swing set makes little people spend a wanderful afternoon in the yard; they need the exercise and fresh air.
Kids find joy in the simple things, they appreciate them and are grateful for them.
I thought for a moment and she was right.
Sometimes the gift we think the least brings active and creative fun for the entire family.
